Other than the footage of 'Man of Steel' we saw at Comic-Con, and the two teaser trailers we saw featuring the voices of both Clark Kent's human father (Kevin Costner) and his Kryptonian father (Russell Crowe), we've still yet to learn the details about what major trials Superman will be facing in Zack Synder's movie reboot. Thankfully new information has seemingly been revealed from a source we all love so much -- LEGO!
As with 'The Avengers' and 'The Hobbit' promotions, LEGO leaked the names of their primary sets that will be sold as accompaniments to its corresponding films. This year, they revealed what can be expected from their 'Man of Steel' sets and may have, perhaps unknowingly, hinted at the possibility of another villain for Superman to face other than Zod.

The popular thought on the 'Justice League' movie being planned at Warner Bros. was that the studio would structure it much like how Marvel went about building 'The Avengers.' Introduce the characters through standalone films, then combine them for one super superhero film. But perhaps that's not how Warner Bros. is planning 'Justice League' after all. According to one report, the 'Justice League' movie could have nothing to do with 'Man of Steel' or the planned 'Batman' reboot.

Many of us come to Comic-Con ready to talk nerdy about obscure characters that have only appeared in an out-of-continuity one-shot. There is, however, an understood love we have for the most basic, universal characters. To some, Superman, is comic books. And it's time to bring him back to comic book movies.

If there's one thing movie fans have seen over the years, it's that Superman is a tough nut to crack when it comes to making him work on film. Can the combined efforts of director Zack Snyder and producer Christopher Nolan deliver what 'Superman Returns' failed to deliver? Can 'Man of Steel' reinvent Superman for modern audiences? That's the question. Oh, and here's the film's first official poster.

The Comic-Con 2012 Warner Bros. panel on Saturday in Hall H is one of the biggest gatherings we've seen so far here in San Diego. Yeah, 'Resident Evil' and Disney pretty much blew us away, but Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures brought together three top dogs to Comic-Con's largest space -- 'Pacific Rim,' 'Man of Steel' and 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.'
