As starved as we are for any scoop or footage of J.J. Abrams' 'Star Trek 2,' it's no secret that we'd love to see 'Star Trek' back on the small screen one day.  Of course, it'd be impossible to say whether any future 'Star Trek' TV series would follow the new continuity established by the Abrams films, or return to the classic universe, but at least one 'Star Trek: The Next Generation' star believes he's moving closer toward spinning off into his own series.  Could it ever really happen?
