Well, if you were wondering whether Netflix might pull forward on another round of Gilmore Girls, Amazon appears to have answered that question for them. Creator Amy Sherman-Palladino’s new Amazon series, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, becomes the first pilot of the season with a series order, and a hefty one at that.

There’s a good chance even those not celebrating March 17 will have plenty to watch in its stead, but the Amazon crowd in particular will be busy. 'Girls' Season 3: Has Michael Zegen Replaced Christopher Abbott?

'Girls' season 3 was thrown for a loop shortly after the airing of season 2 finale "Together," when series star Christopher Abbott abruptly quit the series after his character Charlie was positioned to take a more integral role. Now that 'Boardwalk Empire' and 'The Walking Dead' star Michael Zegen has joined 'Girls' season 3, however, speculation has begun that Zegen may replace Abbott in the role rather than portray an original character.
