Mirror's Edge 2

Electronic Arts will be pumping out more iterations of some of their most famous series, like Battlefield and The Sims, but they're also working on eight new IPs.

Officially announced on Monday, DICE's Mirror's Edge will finally be bringing the fan-favorite franchise back in a big way on next generation consoles. Though EA was tight-lipped about details, it did reveal a bit about what would be different the second time around.

Finally, after years of hoping and wishing, EA and DICE revealed a sequel to Mirror's Edge was on the way. Though it shares the same name as its predecessor, Mirror's Edge is a whole new game that will explore Faith's beginnings as a runner.

Another day, another possible clue to Mirror's Edge 2's E3 2013 appearance. A new help page has shown up on EA's Help Center specifically created for the sequel to the DICE first-person parkour title.

Less than a week after Mirror's Edge 2 appeared on Amazon Germany, it has now appeared once more on Amazon Italy. Though the listing has since been pulled again, the evidence is mounting. It looks like we may finally be getting that sequel we've been eagerly awaiting since 2008.
