The prequel to the scary good 'Monsters, Inc.', this movie looks at the early years of Mike and Sulley, when they first met as mismatched roommates in college. 2013's big summer Pixar movie is 'Monsters University,' the prequel to their hit 'Monsters Inc.,' and a film that we're a little nervous about. Some Pixar sequels are good ('Toy Story 2' and '3' come to mind), but then there's 'Cars 2.' But a new featurette gives us a little more information about the plot, and yeah, it sounds a little bit like 'Revenge of the Nerds.'
With college football bowl games happening now, Pixar has made an ad for their college-themed film 'Monsters University' and unleashed it during the games. It's the sort of clever ad that gives hope that the prequel to 'Monsters, Inc.' has a couple tricks up its sleeve.
