Oh, how it seems like forever the time in which we've been away from Zooey Deschanel and the quirky misfits of 'New Girl.' While the first season alone boasted plenty of star-powered guest turns, just imagine what's on deck for season 2, kicking off on Tuesday, September 25! Jess will have at least one new love interest familiar (or not) to NBC audiences, while Schmidt may have a "shot" at love of his own.

We know. It's a long, and hard wait until all of your favorite shows come back from summer break, what with it only being June and all. But why simply sit around and mope, when you can get out and join the party for yourself? One FOX comedy in particular has decided to kick you out of your summer blues, and you'll barely even have to put any money in the "douchebag jar!"
Our lives have felt significantly less "adorkable" since 'New Girl' wrapped its first season, and we were left wondering just how the loft gang would ever get back together after Nick (Jake Johnson) moved out. Then the show rather hastily wrapped that up, but it doesn't mean we miss the show any less! So as long as we're bein' quirky with Zooey Deschanel, what are the chances we'll get to see some of her musical talents next season?
Zooey Deschanel (aka the Queen of Quirky) has won over many television viewers with her role on 'New Girl,' but she'll also soon be charming audiences on the Great White Way, thanks to Loretta Lynn. The country legend handpicked the actress and singer to play the lead in the Broadway version of Lynn's life story.
Celebrity personal assistants are surely sweating bullets after seeing Apple's latest Siri ad, in which Zooey Deschanel and Samuel L. Jackson are seen consulting the monotone oracle on mundane tasks like ordering tomato soup, tracking down organic mushrooms and confirming that the water falling from the sky is indeed rain.
Not that any of them were in any real danger of facing down cancellation, but it's always nice to breathe a sigh of relief when our favorite FOX shows secure renewals for an additional season. Then again, only some were lucky enough for the honor, so where's my 'Fringe' renewal news, FOX? We're dyin', here!
Boy, between Lake Bell, Lizzie Caplan and Zooey Deschanel, 'New Girl's Nick (Jake Johnson) is at no loss for beautiful women seemingly vying for the bartender's affection. So what's one more? Or...what's four more?
