"I don't want to be a good man; I want to be a great one." So says Oscar, a humble (read: crummy) magician in a traveling circus circa 1905, just before a magical tornado sweeps him and his hot air balloon away to a land that just so happens to share his nickname: Oz. In 'Oz the Great and Powerful,' Oscar (James Franco) finds exactly what his heart desires; the chance to be a great man, wealthy and powerful, the ruler of a beautiful kingdom. And the kingdom does look damn good, and most of Oz's adventures in it are pretty entertaining as well.

One of the essential questions posed by Sam Raimi's 'Wizard of Oz' prequel story, 'Oz, the Great and Powerful,' (other than how the Wonderful Wizard became so wonderful, of course) is which of the three witches he encounters in the Land of Oz eventually becomes the most famous witch in movie history, the Wicked Witch of the West? 'Oz: The Great and Powerful' went all out for its red carpet premiere on Wednesday with a yellow brick road and even a recreation of James Franco's hot air balloon from the film. We're less than a month away from the release of 'Oz: The Great and Powerful' and for those excited, it's good to know February is a short month. Drawn from the works of L. The 2013 Super Bowl gives us one last, big look at Disney's 'Wizard of Oz' prequel.
While footballers are gearing up for the 2013 Super Bowl, airing this Sunday, February 3, the rest of us are more amped for the many commercials and movie trailers hitting during the big game. Sam Raimi's 'Oz: The Great and Powerful' begs one essential question: Which witch will become the infamous Wicked Witch of the West? While we all know Michelle Williams, who plays Glinda in this 'Wizard of Oz' origin story, won't be taking to the broom anytime soon, there's still the pair of sister witches, played by Rachel Weisz and Mila Kunis, to worry about. So, which actress is secretly the bane of Oz? Spoilers await after the jump.
