For the last week, it’s been ‘Ant-Man’ madness. There was the ant-sized teaser, the human-sized teaser trailer, and some new images from the upcoming Marvel film. And although we didn’t glimpse the villainous Yellowjacket in the trailer, we’ve seen some concept art and he looks pretty sharp. If you’ve been wanting to know more about Ant-Man’s foe, actor Corey Stoll has spilled some details on playing the villain and all the effects work that went into shrinking the stars down to ant-size.

It’s officially official, Netflix has become the patron saint of revivals. After the streaming service pulled a dead dove out of the hat to revive ‘Arrested Development,’ star-studded 2001 cult classic ‘Wet Hot American Summer’ has been set as a limited series revival, with near of the entire cast set to return. This news tastes like a burger, but we still like it.

Marvel
If you watched the new ‘Ant-Man’ trailer during the premiere of ‘Agent Carter’ earlier this week, you caught the note at the end to logon to EW.com to see more from the movie. Unfortunately, if you logged on, you didn’t really see anything, because all that stuff was actually in the magazine. But, now Entertainment Weekly’s new ‘Ant-Man’ images have finally appeared online and we get a good look at Paul Rudd in and out of the Ant-Man costume, as well as a new shot of Evangeline Lilly.

The ‘Ant-Man’ Screenplay is Credited to Adam McKay and Paul Rudd

EDIT

For a little hero, ‘Ant-Man’ has already faced some pretty big obstacles in his journey from comic to movie. Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’ film was first announced all the way back in 2006, and developed alongside the very first ‘Iron Man,’ but it’s only coming out now, nine years later. Much of that time it was under the direction of Edgar Wright, who developed the film’s story with ‘Attack the Block’ filmmaker Joe Cornish and cast Paul Rudd as his diminutive Avenger. But just as ‘Ant-Man’ was about to finally go into production, Wright left the project over creative differences with Marvel, who eventually replaced him with Peyton Reed, while handing over Wright and Cornish’s script to Rudd and his ‘Anchorman’ director Adam McKay for revisions.

It’s here. It’s finally here. The first trailer for Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’ arrived during tonight’s two-hour ‘Agent Carter’ premiere. If for some strange reason you didn’t tune in to see Peggy Carter’s television debut (what’s your excuse?), the trailer has arrived online for your viewing pleasure. Following Marvel’s clever tiny teaser marketing, you’ll be pleased to watch Paul Rudd’s heroics in this regular-sized trailer.

‘Ant-Man’ Releases Regular-Sized Trailer Preview for Next Week’s Full Trailer Debut

EDIT
by Britt Hayes January 3, 2015 @ 12:16 PM
Yesterday, the clever people at Marvel teased us with an ant-sized trailer preview for ‘Ant-Man,’ leaving us laughing and desperate to see the real deal. Thankfully, they didn’t leave us hanging for very long because today brings the regular-sized trailer preview—yes, it’s still just a teaser for the first teaser trailer, and it clocks in at just 17 seconds, but the few flashes we’re given are enough to stir up some additional excitement.

Marvel Teases ‘Ant-Man’ With an Ant-Sized Teaser

EDIT

Okay, Marvel. This is cute. As exhausting as “teasers for trailers” can be, we’ll give you credit for this ‘Ant-Man’ preview, which is more of a snarky joke than an actual piece of marketing. Technically, this is our first look at footage from the upcoming film, but someone has apparently saturated the video with Pym Particles because the screen is literally too small for us to actually comprehend anything that’s going on.

‘Parks and Recreation’ Final Season Returning Paul Rudd to Regular Size

NBC
‘Parks and Recreation’s seventh and final season will have a short victory lap in the manner NBC has chosen to burn off its 13 episodes, but our final days in Pawnee will at least be full of familiar faces. Fresh off the ‘Ant-Man’ set, Paul Rudd will reprise his role as Sweetums magnate Bobby Newport, but what brings the character back to ‘Parks and Recreation’'s final year, you ask?

Here’s Your First Look at Yellowjacket, ‘Ant-Man’’s Big (Little) Bad

Marvel
We’re supposedly just a few days away from the debut of the trailer for ‘Ant-Man,’ Marvel’s latest, greatest, and smallest superhero. Current Internet rumors (which are always extremely reliable) claim the first ‘Ant-Man’ teaser will debut just after New Year’s, possibly during the series premiere of Marvel’s ‘Agent Carter,’ but Christmas came early for Ant-Man fans with this early look at the film’s villain. (Okay, yes, technically Christmas came late for Ant-Man fans since Christmas happened four days ago, but you know what I mean.)
