Before we all get to see 'Star Trek Into Darkness' in theaters, we had the good fortune to speak with our old chum Simon Pegg, following a riveting conversation with his co-star Karl Urban about all things Bones McCoy,
For Scotty fans, 'Into Darkness' is a big wet kiss, as our ol' Aberdeen pub crawler/inadvertent inventor of transwarp beaming is all over this movie, offering laughs, cheers and thrills. It's almost silly to talk about 'Star Trek Into Darkness' deleted scenes; a movie that hasn't even hit theaters yet. But we spoke with star Simon Pegg this weekend and described to us a scene not in the final film that will be included on the 'Star Trek Into Darkness' DVD and, even though it's a ways off, we already can't wait to see this.

We're about as excited for 'The World's End' as we are for any Edgar Wright directed film...meaning that we're excited about it a whole bunch. Like "if we could only see one movie in 2013, it would be this one." Thanks to some schedule changes, it looks like we'll get to see the latest from Wright and frequent collaborator Simon Pegg sooner than we expected.

Those that remember the years leading up to 'Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace' will recall the sheer amount of BS that flew over the then-young internet and how much of it was accepted as fact by fans. So let's take the rumor that director Alfonso Cuaron and beloved geek actor Simon Pegg are joining the 'Star Wars' universe with a pound or two of salt.
