It was 2005 when Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller blew audiences away with their gritty, film noir-looking comic book adaptation 'Sin City.' Speaking at this year's SXSW film festival, Robert Rodriguez promised that the long awaited sequel to 'Sin City' will shoot this summer, following his directorial duties on another sequel: 'Machete Kills.' But he's been saying that for years. Will it actually happen this time?
