Hey, whaddya know? It’s another TV spot for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and now that we’re only three weeks away from finally seeing it on the big screen, Disney’s been dropping more and more new footage. The latest preview is an extended TV spot, about the runtime of your average teaser trailer, and features more footage of Kylo Ren and more voiceover from the mysterious General Snoke. In addition, the official soundtrack listing has been revealed and no, it doesn’t spoil anything like the Episode I track list did.

Parents, take note: if your kid is under the age of 13, they won’t be able to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens unless you accompany them to the theater. The highly-anticipated film has officially been given a rating designation of PG-13 from the MPAA, which really isn’t that big of a deal, considering how many of this year’s top-performing films also carry the rating.

And now for something a little different! It stands to reason that beloved veteran Star Wars characters C-3PO and R2-D2 will meet adorable new droid BB-8 at some point during The Force Awakens, right? If not, we’ll be seeing a whole lot of fan-fic on Tumblr in a couple of months. A new British ad introduces the two classic droids to the newest ball-droid on the galaxy block in a cute video that gives us a break from all the TV spots and promos and featurettes.

With Star Wars: The Force Awakens less than a month away from release and anticipation reaching a feverish level unseen in movie fans since 1999, the timing is right for SNL to gently skewer the upcoming sequel. The sketch is really just an excuse for the cast to break out a bunch of impersonations they’ve obviously been keeping in their back pockets while letting them interact with actual Star Wars cast members, but c’mon, that’s all the excuse you need, really.

It's been over a year since the first teaser for Star Wars: The Force Awakens filled us with hope for the future of the franchise. And with the new installment hitting theaters in just under a month, we have what might be the best remake of the teaser yet, as a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier crew recreated that first teaser with some very inventive maneuvering.

‘The Force Awakens’ Has Already Made $50 Million
For a major-release film, a $50 million opening weekend gross is respectable, but not amazing. A $50 million opening day is even more impressive, edging on bona fide blockbuster territory. But to have already raked in $50 million on advance ticket sales alone is a feat of an entirely different caliber, and to have accomplished this feat with a full month until the film in question actually debuts in theaters harkens the arrival of a new titan. With four weeks still to go before Star Wars: the Force Awakens takes cineplexes by storm, it has begun its mass obliteration of box-office records.

We were under the impression that we wouldn't see any more new footage from Star Wars: The Force Awakens after the release of the second — and final — official trailer. We were also under the impression that after last week's flood of new info and images, we wouldn't be seeing or hearing much else until next month. We were obviously wrong. Disney continues to release new imagery and TV spots for the upcoming film, as if we needed any more convincing. But hey, we might as well enjoy this new photo of Kylo Ren since it's already here.
