'Da Vinci's Demons' finally makes it ashore in tonight's episode, which finds Leonardo Da Vinci hot on the trail of Riario and his people (those who survived, that is), while Lorenzo is in jail and his wife Clarice is trying to hold Florence together, not to mention the pope! There's a lot going on tonight, and though some plots are set aside, it's another gripping episode.

'Da Vinci's Demons' is finally setting sail for the new world in tonight's episode and it will be interesting to see how the show balances its characters, with Da Vinci and Riario stuck on boats as Florence is under pressure from the fake pope, and there's now movement in the Vatican to possibly dethrone the imposter. And we're less than halfway through the season! It's a busy year.

Season One of 'Da Vinci's Demons' ended on a cliffhanger, with Lorenzo swearing to kill both Leonardo Da Vinci and Lucrezia (who ended up being a lover to both men), though he was on the verge of death with a slit throat. This season promises to show Leonardo heading to find the Book of Leaves, and discover what's going with his mother, but there's a lot that needs to happen before he can make that quest.

Playing Leonardo Da Vinci is both easier and harder than it looks. There’s not a lot of on-screen representations, but the character is also one of the greatest artists and inventors of all time. Tom Riley is saddled with that role in David Goyer’s ‘Da Vinci’s Demons’ and he nails the part, but for the second season he gets to take the character that much deeper. We got a chance to talk about the show and about the difference between working on stage and on the small screen, and binge watching in our chat.

David Goyer is a busy man. He’s currently one of the masterminds behind all of Warner Brothers’s DC-centric movies like ‘Man of Steel,' ‘Batman vs. Superman,’ ‘Sandman,' and even the television version of ‘Constantine,' but one of his passion projects is the Starz series ‘Da Vinci’s Demons.’ As the show is about to kick off season 2 on Saturday, March 22, we sat down with Goyer to dive into the next cycle, which is that much bigger than the first season, as it (at least eventually) takes Da Vinci to Mayan ruins, which may lead to his downfall.

This life affords us some unusual headlines in our inboxes, from spending Comic-Con nights in a 'Star Wars' dog cantina to entrepreneurs that can't spell the world "tweet," but suffice to say, LeBron James starting a Starz sitcom got our attention. The controversial Miami Heat star has partnered with a famous 'Cosby Show' producer for a new half-hour comedy on Starz, the details of which are too surprising and strange to ignore.
