Apart from all the awesome trailers we’ve seen to date, Ash Vs. Evil Dead fans might worry over the half-hour episodic format, compared with the character’s cinematic history. Evil Dead plans to dole out its brand of horror.
As Hannibal fans this weekend (and billions of others before them) can attest, too long has the antiquated Nielsen ratings system given an incomplete picture of a show’s viewership, swaying networks to and fro of cancellation. We may finally have some progress however, as Nielsen will begin taking into account streaming data from the likes of Hulu, Netflix and beyond.
Starz’s Halloween-tinged Ash Vs. Evil Dead gave us a refresher course on Sam Raimi’s horror mastery by the most recent trailer, but no harm ever came from investigating a little deeper, right Ash? Go behind the scenes of the “jolly splatterfest” that is Ash Vs. Evil Dead, chock full of new footage and all the boomstick you can handle.
Starz’s Ash Vs. Evil Dead has been relatively quiet since debuting its first trailer at Comic-Con 2015, so what’s ol’ groovy Bruce up to, as we roll forward to a Halloween premiere? Just hood-surfing on the classic Oldsmobile, hitching up chainsaws, as one does. See for yourself in the official Ash Vs. Evil Dead poster.
It’s one thing to put Patrick Stewart in a Starz series dubbed Blunt Talk, promoting the dignified X-Men and Star Trek star in all manner of unseemly behavior, but it’s quite another to actually see it in action. Stewart picks up hookers, snorts coke, cuckolds, quotes Oliver Twist, draws dong, and … well, does pretty much everything by the latest trailer.
