Conan O'Brien has been curiously silent about today's big 'Tonight Show' shake-up, but it seems the zombie apocalypse outside his recent Atlanta production may have taken precedence. Following Sunday's big 'The Walking Dead' season 3 finale "Welcome to the Tombs," several of the cast invaded the Tuesday episode of 'Conan' in character, with impressively hilarious results. See 'The Walking Dead' invade 'Conan' inside!
Where once 'Cougar Town' fans had begun to lose hope that the wine-soaked series would ever be given its proper due on ABC, the acclaimed comedy has finally found its true home on TBS. Following a successful fourth season still in progress at its new TBS spot, 'Cougar Town' has officially been renewed for a fifth season to begin in 2014. Hear what TBS has to say about pouring another glass of 'Cougar Town' inside!
Fans of Bill Lawrence's post- 'Scrubs' wine-soaked sitcom 'Cougar Town' all breathed a collective sigh of relief earlier this year when TBS announced it would pick up the show for a fourth season, preventing ABC from giving it the cork. But when will the cul de sac crew crew officially return? Rather than straight out tell you, why not show you in joyous song, chock with cameos and one very happy 'Community' character?
We sure hope you like sitcom about bros being bros, because that's what you're going to get! Having debuted strongly with TBS' ownership of 'The Big Bang Theory' episodes, the network's original comedy 'Men at Work' has picked up a few additional hours in the form of a season 2 renewal! But when will we see the new episodes, and how many will there be?
It's a good thing that only three years time will see the major cities of the world outfitted with flying cars, hover-boards and Pepsi Perfect kiosks at every corner cafe, because otherwise things might look fairly bleak. Not only will '2 Broke Girls' likely still be on the air, but syndicated on a major cable network as well.
Well, that didn't take long. And poor Wilmer Valderrama, while we're at it. After drifting about in the years since 'That '70s Show' ended, and becoming best known for being in Lindsay Lohan...'s sphere of gossip, Valderrama finally landed himself a decent role in the excellent drama 'Awake,' until those good folk at NBC up and cancelled it. So what's a TV star to do but reconnect with his former, less successful cast mates on basic cable?
No worries, 'Cougar Town' fans. Just kick back and pour yourselves another giant glass of wine. Not only are future seasons of the cul de sac crew assured for airing on TBS following the move from ABC, but the show has picked up a successor to creator Bill Lawrence's tenure as show runner. Series creators Lawrence and Kevin Biegel themselves have said they wouldn't step down without leaving someone great in their place, which is more than 'Community' fans have to say. So who got the gig?
Be ready, you might need a little bit of wine to wash this one down. While 'Cougar Town' fans were overjoyed to learn that the cul de sac crew would return for a forth season (albeit on new network TBS), it seems one key member won't be taking the trip along with them. But what does it mean for the future of the show, and who might depart along with them?
It'll always be a shame to us that Norm MacDonald never took off the way Will Ferrell did following 'Saturday Night Live.' Both great 'Saturday Night Live' stars and breakout performers, yet MacDonald never found the film success or popularity of Ferrell in any of his comedies. But, you know what Will Ferrell never had? His own talk show on TBS!
