Fox Adapting ‘The Beach’ for TV, Sadly No Leonardo DiCaprio
While it's true that most words in the English language can be qualified with “sadly no Leonardo DiCaprio," at least his classic works will live on. That's definitely true for 'The Beach.'
In addition to their current development slate, FOX has opted to move forward developing ‘The Beach,’ adapted from both the 1996 Alex Garland novel and the 2000 Danny Boyle/Leonardo DiCaprio film of the same name. But who’s been brought on board to write, and what story will the series tell?
