Let's not kid ourselves about this. Part of consuming Hollywood entertainment is that, on some level, we like these people. It's strange, but I probably like Tina Fey and Paul Rudd more than actual live humans I've met and have to deal with on a regular basis. Yes, I recognize that I only know them through the characters they play (and that includes their "as themselves" appearances on Letterman's couch or the Golden Globes stage) but their finely sculpted personas of vibrant, clever, likable people automatically gives them lift in any project they choose. When they star together in 'Admission' - a romantic comedy that is just a little bit smarter than the other leading brands - and one where they find a degree of happiness together, well, this puts the movie far off the likability charts.

'Anchorman: The Legend Continues' may be assembling a murderer's row of talent for its comedic ensemble, but there is one name noticeably missing: Tina Fey, of course! Although the 'Saturday Night Live' and '30 Rock' star/genius doesn't appear to be in the cast for the upcoming Will Ferrell comedy epic, it's far too early to place any bets, especially since there's going to be cameos galore.
However, a recent interview has revealed that Fey almost starred in the first 'Anchorman' film instead of Christina Applegate.

With '30 Rock' having successfully been put to bed, the name of the game for Tina Fey now seems to be answering answering any and all baseless questions about her future projects, or imagined feud with Taylor Swift. Despite the fact that Tina seems to be sticking to movies in the future, with no intent to host the Oscars, Fey was recently asked if she might consider helming 'SNL' once longtime NBC magnate finally steps down. Could Tina Fey return to 'SNL' in the future, or are days of the real 30 Rockefeller Plaza behind her?
