'Rock of Ages' is unlike most movie musicals you'll see because with this film, you have most of the songs on your iPod already. You grew up listening to Whitesnake, Guns N Roses, Def Leppard and Poison and the only difference now is that Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Russell Brand and more are singing the lyrics.
It's interesting to hear what the actors we love like – Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Mary J. Blige who are also apart of this phenomenal cast - sound like when they sing some of our favorite songs from the 80’s like - 'Don’t Stop Believin' and 'I Wanna Rock'. We want to know what you think of all the 'Rock of Ages' cover songs and which one is your favorite.

Word is that MGM has Tom Cruise attached to head up a new version of 'The Magnificent Seven,' a film that was based on Akira Kurosawa's 'Seven Samurai.'

'Rock of Ages' star Tom Cruise, who turns 50 in July, celebrated the milestone by appearing in next month's issue of Playboy.
No no, not as a model (though wouldn't that be unique) but as an interview subject, talking about his family, his religious beliefs, and having a stable of high-powered attorneys ready to attack.

Tom Cruise has gone from mega 80s superstar to couch-jumping nutball over the course of his career. With his off-screen demeanor calming down a bit, he's revived his career (see: 'Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol') and he's back on top of the Hollywood mountain, especially with his upcoming role in 'Rock of Ages.' But has his career resurgence made him go a bit bananas again?
