We’ve caught Silicon Valley’s Season 4 premiere date and a first teaser since learning that Veep would debut Season 6 in April, but at long last, Selina Meyer is coming back to the public eye. See for yourself in a first Season 6 tease, as the former President takes to spreading democracy around the globe like patient zero.

It wasn’t long after the reception of Arrested Development Season 4 that producers knew any potential fifth year would require greater effort to corral its busy cast in one place. More recent outlook on Season 5 suggested Netflix had found a way to do just that, but new reports suggest at least half of Arrested Development Season 5 may function as prequel with an all-new cast.

We’re far enough from the premiere that you’d barely remember Arrested Development Season 4 as one of the first Netflix original offerings, but at long last, Season 5 might finally escape its own arrested development. Producer Brian Grazer says the last cast hurdles have been cleared, and news should be “happening soon.”

Despite declining ratings, this year’s Emmy ceremony went off with nary a hitch, even affording some refreshing upsets in the usual pool of repeat winners. Jimmy Kimmel too did a perfectly serviceable job keeping things moving, but naturally made a few gaffes in production of that opening sketch, the blooper reel of which you can watch right now.

Drunk History has made its way around the block, from web series to Emmy nominations, and Season 4 on Comedy Central may be the most satisfied year yet. Not only do we get a first taste of Hamilton star Lin-Manuel Miranda retelling the famous duel, but the first trailer brings a bevy of celebrities from Elizabeth Olsen to Ronda Rousey.

It was Lin-Manuel Miranda himself who pointed out that the first Drunk History had already chronicled Alexander Hamilton’s rivalry with Aaron Burr, before signing on to Season 4's post-Broadway recreation. Now, Arrested Development alum Alia Shawkat and star Aubrey Plaza have landed the new Hamilton roles, along with other details of the November bow.

We’re less than a week away from yet another entry into the late-night world, albeit a unique streaming experience only Netflix’s Chelsea can offer three nights a week. Ahead of what will likely prove one of its biggest recorded weekends, HBO already issued a 2017 renewal to Game of Thrones, and now its comedy companions follow suit. Not only will our beloved Veep stay in office for a sixth season, so too will Mike Judge’s Silicon Valley bumble through the tech revolution for a fourth year.

Going into its fourth and most anticipated premiere yet, HBO’s Veep suffered a setback last week with the announcement that creator Armando Iannucci would leave the series behind in advance of Season 5, despite informally confirming that the Emmy-winning Julia Louis-Dreyfus political comedy would return for 2016. Now, Silicon Valley joins Veep with an official vote of confidence from HBO through Seasons 5 and 3, respectively.
