'God of War' is one of the most popular franchises on the Playstation gaming system. The story of Kratos and his long standing battle against the gods of Olympus is awesome and a lot of fun to play. And now it looks as if the big screen adaptation that has been talked about for years is finally going to happen.

Gamers will be delighted to hear that the popular Assassin's Creed franchise that follows the elusive killer Desmond Miles is getting some big screen time in a new movie adaptation. If that weren't news enough, Michael Fassbender will be trading in his Magneto helmet for a cloak to star in said film. But the question now is, will he be our Desmond?
