Wonder Woman

In the first spinoff from ‘Batman vs. Superman,’ the Wonder Woman movie will serve as a prequel to the events in that film, introducing Wonder Woman and following her origin. In the film, we’ll see Diana living on Themyscira alongside Queen Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen), and her aunts Antiope (Robin Wright) and Menalippe (Force Majeure’s Lisa Loven Kongsli). The three adult women struggle with how to deal with raising Diana. Some, like Hippolyta, want to shelter her on the island to keep her safe. Antiope wants to train her to be a ruthless warrior. The film will also flashforward to the WWI era where she meets Steve Trevor, the Army officer she later falls in love with.
