Not long before ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ hit theaters, we heard that Anna Paquin’s scenes as beloved mutant Rogue had been excised from the film due to time constraints. We also heard that the scenes featuring Rogue would have made for a slightly different viewing experience. Fox planned to release the deleted scenes and there was talk of releasing a “Rogue Cut” with Paquin’s scenes restored to the movie, but they were curiously absent from the DVD/Blu-ray versions of the film. So what happened to that fabled “Rogue Cut” of ‘DOFP’? We finally have an update.
X-Men: Days of Future Past
We're still reeling from Bryan Singer's 'X-Men: Days of Future Past,' which initially looked like another X-disaster along the lines of 'The Last Stand,' but proved us so wrong with its incredible cast, story and special effects. While we wait for the film to hit DVD and Blu-ray in October, and 'X-Men: Apocalypse' to drop in (sigh) 2016, let's take a look at all the movie magic happening behind the scenes of the summer's epic X-Men movie in this VFX breakdown.

The latest entry to the “I need your blood but I’m not a vampire movies” genre is ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,’ a movie I would probably have simply watched and forgotten almost immediately – just like all of the other ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ movies -- if it wasn’t for it’s awfully familiar plot point: The villains (I’m being vague on who the villains are as to avoid spoilers) (Also: ha!) needs the Turtles’ blood. Of course the villain needs the Turtles’ blood because what why else would anyone have any interest in English-speaking human adult-size turtles?
'X-Men: Days of Future Past' is the most successful film of the franchise yet, and that's saying something, given all the moving parts within the story itself and the immense cast of new and returning stars. A few aspects from the original script were cut for this time-travel tale, mainly the deletion of Anna Paquin's major appearance as Rogue, but fans will get to see everything the original version had to offer through a director's cut.
Here are the best movies of 2014 so far! (Note: These movies have all been released in theaters and I am not including movies that I saw at film festivals that have not been yet released to the public.)

It was only a matter of time before Mondo, the current king of the movie poster world, unveiled a 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' print. It may be a week late since the film is already in theaters and already making a ton of money, but here it is! Interestingly, it may ultimately appeal more to fans of the X-Men comics than fans of the new movie.
If you saw 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' this weekend, chances are you walked away with a couple of questions about that mysterious post-credits sequence. For fans unfamiliar with comic book canon, the identity of the character was a pretty big question mark (which is why you should read our handy guide), but there was one thing of which all of us were uncertain: just who the heck was that actor?
'X-Men: Days of Future Past' features the true big-screen debut of some of the most iconic villains in Marvel comics history: the mutant-hunting robots known as the Sentinels. Thanks to the film's time-traveling plot, we get to see two very different versions of these things in action. However, some newly released concept art gives us a glimpse at what they could have looked like.
