In J.R.R. Tolkien's 'The Hobbit,' Bolg is one of the villainous creatures to inhabit Middle Earth, and wreak havok on Bilbo and his comrades. He's said to be the mightiest of the Orc Chieftains, so it only makes sense for Peter Jackson's team, in the movie adaptation, to model this guy after one of the most terrifying cinema villains of all-time: 'The Exorcist' demon.

We got a first look at Bolg thanks to the efforts of Tolkiendrim.com, a French Tolkien fan site, and we immediately felt the same terror and unease we felt all those years ago watching 'The Exorcist' for the first time. If Bolg is anything like the vomit-propelling, head-spinning, backwards-crab-crawling demon from the classic horror film, we're certainly in for a scare with 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.'
