Last week saw 'The Legend of Korra' Book 4 "Balance"s first trailer giving fans quite a shock in revealing a three-year time jump for the final season, but we won't have to wait nearly as long for a peek at Fridays' premiere. See how the 'Avatar' landscape has changed in the intervening years with our first clip from 'The Legend of Korra' Book 4, as well as a few characters sporting all-grown-up looks!

Courtesy of IGN, the first look at 'The Legend of Korra' Book 4 premiere "After All These Years" (evidently retitled from "The Calling") excludes the show's titular character as of yet, but offers a bit of newsreel coverage showing what the world's been up to since season 3 finale "Enter the Void / Venom of the Red Lotus." Asami, Mako and Tenzin's family are certainly looking a bit older, while we also learn what became of the Earth Kingdom after the dastardly Queen's, well, running out of breath.

Meanwhile, here's how Nickelodeon describes the final 'Korra' chapter:

In Book Three, Avatar Korra had to save the world and endured her most intense battle yet. Now broken and bruised, she begins a journey of self-discovery and survival in a new world where the strong prey upon the weak. When an aggressive military force rises up led by the power hungry Kuvira, the fate of the Earth Kingdom hangs in the balance and only the Avatar can set things right.

We'll learn more both when 'The Legend of Korra' Book 4 "Balance" premieres Friday on Nick.com, and brings cast and crew to New York Comic-Con 2014 the following week, but in the meantime check out the first Book 4 clip from "After All These Years" above, and give us your predictions for the final 'Legend of Korra' chapter!
