The official trailer for horror remake 'The Loft' has arrived and we can tell you it's very, very naughty and totally NSFW. But if you aren't at work (or the library... or in front of your kids... or whatever), check out this tantalizing first look at the new film starring James Marsden, Karl Urban, and a few other dudes engaging in some unsavory behaviors.

'The Loft' is based on the 2008 Belgian film of the same name, but it shares more than just a title -- Belgian director Erik Van Loy also helmed the American version, which stars Matthias Schoenaerts (of the Academy Award-nominated 'Bullhead'), who also starred in the original film.

Co-starring James Marsden, 'Modern Family''s Eric Stonestreet, Karl Urban, and Wentworth Miller (yeah, that guy is still around), 'The Loft' follows a group of friends who invest in a loft where they can carry out their extramarital affairs. It's a pretty smart idea, removing the possibility for weird hotel charges on their credit card statements and... Wait, this is a really dumb idea and these guys are a-holes.

Anyway, one day they find a dead woman in the bed (do they only have one bed in that loft? Gross) and some Latin words scrawled on the headboard with her blood. Was it one of them? Was it a vengeful wife who found out about their scum-pad? Mystery!

Check out the trailer below -- it looks pretty intriguing until about the time a blonde woman says "Don't forget our pre-nup, loser!" which is just about one of the worst lines ever written/delivered. 'The Loft' is being handled by Warner Bros.' Dark Castle, and there's no word yet on whether the film will get a theatrical release.
