Take that, Utah!  Just days after Utah TV affiliate KSL-TV refused to air NBC's upcoming Ryan Murphy comedy 'The New Normal,' NBC has beaten them to the punch by putting the pilot episode of its controversial new series online!  But where can viewers catch 'The New Normal,' and what will be done for those who can't watch beyond the pilot episode?

Though the move had already been decided by NBC weeks ago, perfect timing has put Ryan Murphy's new NBC sitcom 'The New Normal' online for anyone to view.  Just the other day, Utah's KSL-TV refused to air the program when it airs, saying the show features “rude and crude” dialogue, scenes that “may be too explicit,” as well as characterizations that “might seem offensive.”

The same network was also responsible for banning ‘The Playboy Club’ last year, and continually refuses to air ‘Saturday Night Live,’ having also blocked ‘Coupling’ and the religious-themed animated comedy ‘God, the Devil and Bob’ in previous years.

‘The New Normal’  follows ‘The Book of Mormon’ and ‘The Hangover‘ stars Andrew Rannells and Justin Bartha as a same-sex couple looking to procreate through a surrogate, naturally creating a host of issues regarding same-sex rights and conservatism.  The series also stars Ellen Barkin, Georgia King, and NeNe Leakes.

We’ve seen the pilot episode, and are all on board for ‘The New Normal,’ so check it out below and tell us what you think in the comments before the show premieres on September 11!
