Episode titles aren't always the most reliable source of information on a TV show , seemingly having nothing to do with the content of an actual hour.  Still, when it comes to 'The Walking Dead' season 3, we're always hungry for fresh meat.  So what do the first few episode titles tell us about the upcoming season of AMC's zombie horror thriller?  And is someone going to explain the deal with Michonne and her "pets?"

Thanks to SpoilerTV, we've uncovered the first three episode titles of 'The Walking Dead' season 3, set to premiere on Sunday, October 14, and boy do they spill!  'The Walking Dead will first return with its premiere episode "Seed," before following it up the next week with "Sick," and finally closing out the October run of  episodes with "Walk With Me."

Well, that's...we can draw conclusions from that.  Clearly the survivors get into agriculture, someone comes down with the flu, and Glenn and Maggie go for a romantic walk!  Because that's the kind of positive attitude that makes the real truth so brutally shocking.  In any case, it's likely that 'The Walking Dead' season 3 will air its 16 episodes in a run of 8 this year, and another in 2013, much like the current season of 'Breaking Bad.'

But with all the new characters we're bound to see over the course of 'The Walking Dead' season 3, from Michonne to Milton, there are still plenty of questions to be answered.  For instance, how does Michonne control her zombie "pets" to prevent them from attacking her, and just who were they before they turned, anyway?  Thankfully, EW has rounded out its recent coverage with an on-set interview with Danai Gurira clearing things up a bit.

You can check out the video here, and in the meantime tell us what you think will happen in the first episodes of "The Walking Dead' season 3 in the comments
