AMC's 'The Walking Dead' remains as huge as ever, making the long wait until October, or even this summer's Comic-Con presentations, feel horribly torturous. We've seen a photo or two from production on the new season, along with tidbits from Norman Reedus himself, but what will 'The Walking Dead' fans learn about season 4 from the latest production video?

For one, it seems the creative shifts will become apparent from 'The Walking Dead' season 4's very premiere, as new showrunner Scott M. Gimple wrote the episode, to be directed by executive producer Greg Nicotero. If you'll recall, Gimple wrote several of the series' better episodes, including last season's "Clear" and "This Sorrowful Life," while the action sequence teased of the season 4 premiere certainly sounds interesting.

Elsewhere within the video we can spot a number of new walkers, though very little of the cast itself. If nothing else, it looks like Glenn and Sasha may have some bonding time in a mission that requires them to wear the infamous riot gear armor!

While we wait for season 4, the next run of ‘The Walking Dead’ will introduce ‘The Wire’’s Lawrence Gilliard Jr. as haunted Army medic Bob Stookey, while actors Chad Coleman, Sonequa Martin-Green and Emily Kinney have all been upgraded to series regulars. AMC earlier confirmed that David Morrissey’s villainous Governor would also return in season 4 as a series regular.
