If you thought the revival of 'Tron' would end with the somewhat mediocre-ly received 'Tron: Legacy,' think again!  This time, Disney's going after a whole new audience of fans independent of the nostalgia for the original film.  So boot up your light cycles, and make way for the latest look at 'Tron: Uprising!'

Though it's been announced since last year, footage of Disney XD's upcoming animated series bridging the gulf between the original 'Tron' and 2010's 'Tron: Legacy' has been rather slow in loading, but thankfully, the network decided to buffer our anticipation with a new full-length trailer!  And in case you're unfamiliar with the series, the official description reads:

Beck, a young program who becomes the unlikely leader of a revolution inside the computer world of The Grid. His mission is to free his home and friends from the reign of the villainous Clu 2 and his henchman General Tesler. Beck will be trained by Tron - the greatest warrior the Grid has ever known.

Tron will not only teach Beck the fighting skills he needs to challenge this brutal military occupation, but will be a guide and mentor to him as he grows beyond his youthful, impulsive nature into a courageous, powerful leader. Destined to become the new protector of the system, Beck adopts Tron's persona and becomes the archenemy of Tesler and his oppressive forces.

The series stars Elijah Wood as Beck, Emmanuelle Chiqri as Page, Mandy Moore as Mara, Paul Reubens (Pee-Wee!) as Pavel, Lance Henrikson as Tesler, Reginald VelJohnson (Carl Winslow!) as Able, and Bruce Boxleitner himself reprising his role as Tron.

Hmm.  looks a little choppy.  Check out the official trailer below, and tells us in the comments if you're getting revved up for the all new 'Tron: Uprising!'
