‘True Blood’ Needs Your Help With Two Clips From “Whatever I Am, You Made Me”

Anyone who saw the ‘True Blood‘ season 5 premiere “Turn! Turn! Turn!” knows that the final moments served up a completely game-changing twist for one particular character, even though the thread wasn't really explored much before the end of last week's "Authority Always Wins."  So before ‘True Blood’ gushes out its third episode “Whatever I Am, You Made Me” this Sunday June 24, how would you like an early taste?

With Tara officially reborn as a vampire, deposed King Russell Edgington still recuperating out on the loose somewhere while Bill and Eric Compton mitigate the  imposing Vampire Authority, ‘True Blood’ season five has hit full swing as we head into the third episode.  Don't you just love that HBO wouldn’t make us wait a full week for a fresh taste of this coming Sunday’s “Whatever I Am, You Made Me!”

In the first of two clips below, Sam sniffs out trouble outside of Merlotte's only to find his friend, and sometime love Tara, weak and shall we say a little different than we're used to seeing her!  Having fled Sookie and Lafayette for their role in what she's become Tara, is going to need friends she can trust (and not eat) in order to survive!

The second look at Sunday’s episode gives us yet another look inside the Vampire Authority as Bill Compton and Eric Northman plead for their lives by barganing a deal to take care of Russell Edgington themselves, while the council (including ‘Law and Order: SVU‘ and ‘Spartacus‘ stars Christopher Meloni and Peter Mensah) squabble amongst themselves to decide the fate of the two rogue vampires.
