The theme for 'Perfect Strangers' was composed by noted TV theme composer Jesse Frederick and performed by David Pomeranz. It's an appropriately uplifting and inspiring track about friendship, and following your dreams no matter what. The show aired from 1986 to 1993 and starred Mark Linn-Baker as neurotic midwesterner Larry, who moves to Chicago to live on his own for the first time, but his plans are interrupted when his distant cousin Balki, played by Bronson Pinchot, shows up looking to shed his sheep herding life in the Mediterranean and follow his dreams in America.
