We’ll have to wait until 2018 to find out if UnREAL can bounce back from its steep Season 2 decline, but Lifetime certainly has faith. The Shiri Appleby-Constance Zimmer reality drama will continue to push fake TV boundaries through a fourth season.

Lifetime made the announcement ahead of its TCA press tour panel, also handing out a renewal to Hannibal alum Caroline Dhavernas’ Mary Kills People. As of yet, UnREAL lacks an official Season 3 premiere date, but was pushed out of its summer perch to early 2018.

The third season will feature Masters of Sex alum Caitlin Fitzgerald as the first female Everlasting lead, Serena, described as “a successful Silicon Valley venture capitalist who’ll win America over with her outward strength and inner vulnerability.” Elsewhere, UnREAL Season 3 has added its third showrunner in as many years, setting executive producer Stacy Rukeyser to take over from Carol Barbee, who herself assumed the position from series creator Marti Noxon.

Additionally, stars Craig Bierko, Josh Kelly, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman and Genevieve Buchner are expected to return. Stay tuned for more on UnREAL Season 3 in the meantime.
