HBO's 'Girls' might have had its best night ever this weekend, debuting its second season while scoring two major Golden Globes for Best Actress and Best TV Series, Comedy, but tragically HBO's 'Veep' was little to be found. If nothing else, at least HBO decided to send out a Vice-Presidential memo with the first teaser trailer for the show's second season! Get the newest look at 'Veep' season 2 inside!

Despite no longer being paired with its Sunday buddy 'Girls,' this April will see the return of the much-beloved 'Veep,' along with another year of Selina Meyer's life in the Presidential shadow. HBO has released its first teaser for the April premiere, albeit without any real new footage.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus previously teased of the Emmy-winning comedy's second season that "we have a lot of international storylines," while the second season of the HBO comedy will feature guest turns from Gary Cole as Karl Rove-type figure “Kent,” along with former ‘Luck’ star Kevin Dunn as the President’s chief of staff Ben.

And even though 'Veep' failed to score at the Golden Globes, at least Julia Louis-Dreyfus has that Emmy to fall back on. Check out HBO's teaser trailer for season 2 of 'Veep' below, and give us your take in the comments!
