So reads Showtime’s synopsis for Shameless Season 6:

Season six of Shameless picks up a few months after last year’s finale, leaving the Gallaghers to prepare for yet another long Chicago winter. This season will see more than just the arctic Lake Michigan winds whipping through the Southside. Change is hard and the Gallaghers are as surprised as anyone at how life is turning out for them. But the question remains, as they come into their own and find out who they are, is it really possible that the Gallaghers could grow apart for good?

Meanwhile, Showtime’s Billions sees Homeland and Band of Brothers star Damian Lewis in the role of the hedge fund king Bobby “Axe” Axelrod, going up against with politically savvy” U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhoades, as played by Paul Giamatti. Also present are Maggie Siff, Malin Akerman, Toby Leonard Moore, Breaking Bad alum David Costabile, and Condola Rashad.

Shameless will otherwise debut its sixth season on January 10, with Billions following a week later on January 17. You can check out the trailers for both below, and stay tuned for more on Shameless Season 6 and Showtime’s Billions.
