One of the most talked-about films to come out of this year's Sundance Film Festival was 'Wetlands,' a German-language work adapted from Charlotte Roche's novel that features a character who gets off on wallowing in perversity. So, are you ready to meet Helen in the first 'Wetlands' trailer? Don't say we didn't warn you.

Actress Carla Juri takes the lead role of Helen, who, in the first few seconds of the trailer, released by Vulture, is shown picking her ass and is later shown soaking up the stank of an ungodly decrepit toilet with her nether region. As she proclaims, "the filthier the toilet, the better." Though, the scene that'll probably make you jump out of your skin is the manner in which she shaves her legs -- rough and dirty -- which is actually the moment that propels the story forward.

Eighteen-year-old Helen has an unfortunate shaving mishap that sends her to the hospital, where she meets an attractive male nurse who's fascinated with her outlook on perversity. Sure, this sounds like a reverse '50 Shades of Grey' case, with BDSM exchanged for self-pleasuring with carrots (we told you -- NSFW!), but it's a welcome shift to see a female character one-upping men with inappropriate behavior.

'Wetlands' -- now, after watching the trailer, takes on a whole new meaning, right? -- will be released on September 5 in select theaters.
