‘Wreck-It Ralph’ Trailer: Disney’s Animated Film Inside Video Games

When the first official image from Walt Disney Animation’s ‘Wreck-It Ralph’ hit the Web, we predicted an official trailer would be on its heels. The next day, we have it for you, courtesy of MSN.

Director Rick Moore has made a love letter to classic video game arcades, with a villainous character (voiced by John C. Reilly) looking to shift to the “good” side but creating more problems by slipping into a first-person shooter and unleashing an evil force.

Reilly intros this clip, sets up his co-stars, and let’s the action fly. And the trailer looks great, filled with nostalgia for 8-bit video games while setting up a sensitive, misunderstood character in Ralph. Plus cameos from classic characters from Q-Bert, Pac-Man, Street Fighter, Sonic the Hedgehog and more.
