For a long time, Yukes' WWE games have included historic and memorable wrestlers from the promotion's past. Those plans have never included the Ultimate Warrior. Until now.

According to an advertisement in the latest issue of WWE Magazine (spotted by users on the Smackdown Hotel forum), the Ultimate Warrior will be offered as a pre-order incentive for WWE 2K14, the first WWE game under new management since the closure of THQ.

A stalwart of the late '80s/early '90s wrestling scene, the Ultimate Warrior had a tumultuous relationship with the WWE, resulting in his leaving the company just a few years ahead of the Attitude era. Since then, numerous WWE veterans have appeared in the licensed games, but the Warrior has remained out of the game.

His inclusion in WWE 2K14 should make longtime fans very happy, and even though he's being offered as a pre-order incentive, it's likely he'll be made available for a fee down the road. WWE 2K14 is will be out Oct. 29, so you have plenty of time to decide whether or not you're the ultimate fan.
