The first official non-Twitter-released image from Bryan Singer's 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' has emerged online, perhaps the clearest look yet at next summer's sequel.

The new image, via Tumblr, displays a '70s-coifed Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) flanked by Hank McCoy (Nicholas Hoult) and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman). The trio is looking fairly serious and intimidating, but the real question here is: who is the snazziest dresser of the bunch? Hard to argue with Professor X's far-out shirt.

Production just wrapped this past weekend on the film, as evidenced by a behind-the-scenes pic snapped by Singer. It remains to be seen when we'll be confronted by the first official trailer for the film, but it's not a stretch to think we'll get one within the next couple of months.

'X-Men: Days of Future Past' opens on May 23, 2014.
