Cosplay of the Day: Move Over, Daenerys, This Is the Father of Dragons!

Yeah, Mother of Dragons is cool and all, 'Game of Thrones,' but we're really into this amazing bearded cosplayer known as the Father of Dragons.

On 'Game of Thrones,' Daenerys Targaryen is known as the Mother of Dragons because of that time she walked into fire with some old dragon eggs and walked out naked with three baby dragons. (Note: Do not attempt this at home. It will not end well for you.) But this cosplayer gives us one of the funnier Rule 63 costumes we've seen in a while by asking, what if it was a Father of Dragons?

The results are hilariously charming. This cosplayer went to Houston's Comicpalooza 2013 dressed in a nude body suit (because you have to be naked to give birth to dragons, but children are our future, etc.) and stuck some little stuffed dragons on his body, added a blonde wig, and voila! Father of Dragons!

Photos have been submitted to a Facebook page by those who spotted the Father of Dragons during the convention, and some are pretty great -- we particularly like the pic where a woman at a booth is braiding his hair for him, and the wonderful image of the Father of Dragons just, you know, hanging out with Grimace and the Hamburglar. No big deal.
