The Narcos franchise got a shot in the arm this week with word that Diego Luna and Michael Peña would lead the fourth, Mexico-set season; effectively rebooting the series. Some had hope Pedro Pascal’s Javier Peña might still take part, but new details on the Mexico setting virtually guarantee Narcos starting from scratch.

Rebooting any series with new leads is tricky enough, but leave it to Narcos to pull it off twice. Netflix confirms that the fourth season will move to Mexico, with Diego Luna and Michael Peña taking over as co-leads from star Pedro Pascal.

Seth Rogen and longtime partner Evan Goldberg recently launched And Action!, a new high school program that offers young, aspiring filmmakers the chance to learn the business by making a short film. But it probably never occurred to 17-year-old director Eduardo Cho and his creative collaborator, 16-year-old Kimberly Carrillo, that Rogen himself would actually show up to set — and bring several of his famous friends with him to star in Cho’s short.

Ant-Man and the Wasp isn’t scheduled to hit theaters until next July, but with Marvel gearing up to start production this July, you’d think that everyone who’s returning from the first film would know about it by now. That’s not the case for both Michael Peña and Judy Greer, neither of whom seem to know if they’re coming back for the Ant-Man sequel. Your guess is as good as theirs.

The California Highway Patrol became internationally famous in the 1970s thanks to CHiPs, an NBC TV series following the adventures of two patrolmen, played by Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox. Though the show mostly faded into obscurity, it’s getting a big-screen revival this year as CHIPS, a bigger, louder, lewder version written by, directed by, and starring Dax Shepard, with the versatile and talented Michael Peña as Estrada’s character Ponch.
