There are actually two Amy Winehouse biopics in the works right now — one from August Rush director Kirsten Sheridan, and another that’s being overseen by the late singer’s father, Mitch Winehouse, who famously voiced disapproval about his portrayal in this summer’s hit documentary, Amy. The non-dad-approved biopic may be moving along a bit more quickly, as Prometheus star Noomi Rapace is reportedly in talks to play the role of the iconic singer.
