Captain America: Civil War seems like it could be another Avengers installment with so many members of the MCU reprising their roles for Cap’s third outing. But that’s kind of the point, since this film is primed to make major waves in the Marvel universe, completely altering the future of our heroes. New set photos definitely confirm how much of a superhero party this is, with Jeremy Renner, Robert Downey Jr., Paul Rudd and more hanging out on set.

When Frank Grillo’s character was introduced in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, he seemed like a decent dude; working for S.H.I.E.L.D. alongside Chris Evans’ Cap to save a bunch of kidnapped hostages. But for longtime Marvel readers, Grillo’s character’s name, Brock Rumlow, was a major red flag. In the comics, Rumlow is the real name of Crossbones, a deranged super-villain and frequent associate of the Red Skull. Sure enough, by the end of Winter Soldier, Grillo’s Rumlow revealed his true allegiance to Hydra (an organization created by none other than Red Skull) and squared off with Anthony Mackie’s Falcon in hand-to-hand combat.

James Wan is one of the most prominent horror film directors working today, having successfully scared our pants off with ‘Insidious’ and ‘The Conjuring.’ So we have a lot of faith in anything with Wan’s name attached to it, like the upcoming film ‘Demonic,’ which was originally scheduled for release this past December. And although it doesn’t yet have a new release date, the first trailer definitely has us intrigued (and a little spooked).
