Netflix’s GLOW hasn’t yet set an official 2017 premiere date, but the new wrestling comedy from Orange Is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan with star Alison Brie is starting to pipe its entrance music. There aren’t very many more hurdles Netflix’s GLOW needs to clear to gain our attention, whether inspiration from the real ‘80s wrestling phenomenon, Orange Is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan or star Alison Brie, but our first photos might seal the deal. Looks like Marc Maron’s garage is about to get a major overhaul, especially after closing down IFC’s Maron. The famed podcaster and comedian will take the male lead role of Netflix’s new women’s wrestling comedy GLOW, joining Alison Brie in the Jenji Kohan-created series.

We’ve seen Alison Brie bounce around a bit between TV and movies post-Community, and now the fan-favorite is finally back in the ring. Brie will lead Orange Is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan’s new ‘80s wrestling comedy GLOW, based on the real-life series.
