Marvel’s Agent Carter hasn’t been particularly gun-shy with footage of the second season, even announcing certain surprise returns, though one face has remained curiously absent. No longer, as Dominic Cooper’s Howard Stark pops up for the first time in Season 2 with a new New Year’s promo for Peggy’s big move.

The State of the Union address pushed our Season 2 reunion with Agent Carter back a few weeks (Thanks, Obama!), but a lengthy new synopsis for Peggy’s trip west should make up the difference. The moment Agent Carter Season 2 confirmed Peggy Hollywood-bound, fans had to wonder how much of the original cast would make the transition along with her. Lyndsy Fonseca’s best gal Angie Martinelli seemed like a natural choice, though Agent Carter has only now confirmed the character’s return, and only then for the weirdest Dancing With the Stars crossover you never expected.

Disney may be having itself quite a weekend, but another corner of the empire will start to pull focus in 2016, as Marvel fans gear up for Captain America: Civil War. 2016 will also mark the 75th anniversary of the character, for which ABC has drafted an hour-long Cap special to air just before the Season 2 premiere of his best gal, Agent Carter.

Agent Carter Season 2 may not arrive until January 19 (Thanks, Obama!), but no need to pout. Our first full clip of Peggy’s west coast adventures have arrived, giving all of Los Angeles what-for as a bored Jarvis complains about everything in sight, and awaits Mr. Stark’s return.

Marvel and ABC have released a few new trailers of Peggy’s new 2016 adventures, including a first look at Jarvis’ oft-mentioned lady love, and Howard Stark, back to his usual tricks.
