Kung Fu Panda 3

From what we’re hearing, Shane Black’s ‘Iron Man 3’ isn’t the only production in Hollywood’s pipeline that is looking to China for creative and financial partnerships. DreamWorks Animation will recruit Chinese co-producers for the third installment of its ‘Kung Fu Panda’ franchise, targeting a 2016 release date.

'Kung Fu Panda' sounded like a silly idea, and perhaps it was, but the first film turned out to be a surprise hit and its sequel was also successful. So it's no surprise that DreamWorks announced at Comic-Con 2012 that they're going back for a third.
