The dystopian series from Ben Stiller arrives on Apple TV+ next month.

Disney and Pixar first announced the long-awaited fourth installment in the Toy Story franchise over the summer, though we still have a few years to wait before we’ll continue our adventures with Woody and Buzz. As you might expect, Andy’s former toy pals will meet some new characters in the sequel, and Pixar has found a perfect voice for one of them in Oscar-winning Boyhood star Patricia Arquette.

Over many years of Upfronts and hundreds of series, it can be hard to keep track of network juggernauts like CSI quietly carrying on. Now, the original Crime Scene Investigation may come to a close this fall with a two-hour movie, while the franchise may yet live on in spinoffs.

The Best Supporting Actress category was a tough one to predict this year, with five wonderful nominees all delivering some of their most vibrant work to date. But tonight the Academy recognized Patricia Arquette, giving her the Best Supporting Actress award at the 2015 Oscars for her moving performance in Richard Linklater’s Boyhood.

Filming on 'Boyhood' started in 2002. Then, Linklater filmed his cast -- Ethan Hawke, Patricia Arquette, Ellar Coltrane and Linklater's own daughter, Lorelei Linklater -- every year for 12 years, finally finishing in 2013.

The 'Boyhood' trailer isn't shy about sharing the film's countless accolades (including one from our own Mike Ryan), but can you blame 'em? Richard Linklater's upcoming epic won rave reviews out of Sundance and SXSW, where it was described as a masterpiece and one of the best films of the year. If the trailer is any indication, none of that is empty hype -- this looks like something truly special.
