Now, the newest look at Bryan Fuller’s third season introduces The Hobbit star Richard Armitage as the famed Red Dragon, simultaneously spoiling a few more outcomes from the Season 2 finale bloodbath.

Just yesterday ‘Hannibal’ season 3 served up a hearty appetizer in the form of its first trailer, but it seems Bryan Fuller’s dark and dreamy drama has yet another bloody morsel to offer. ‘True Blood’ star Rutina Wesley will de-fang for an arc as another major ‘Red Dragon’ character, but what’s her connection to ‘The Hobbit’ star Richard Armitage’s Francis Dolarhyde?

NBC’s darkly delicious ‘Hannibal’ lost one of its more headline-grabbing stars for season 3 when Joe Anderson replaced ‘Boardwalk Empire’’s Michael Pitt as literary villain Mason Verger, but Bryan Fuller’s “remix” series has added another dish in his wake. Fresh off ‘The Battle of the Five Armies,’ ‘The Hobbit’ star Richard Armitage will play ‘Hannibal’'s incarnation of ‘Red Dragon’ villain Francis Dolarhyde.

The final 'The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies' trailer has arrived and, well, it looks like another 'Hobbit' movie. If your faith in director Peter Jackson's vision of Middle-Earth remains unshaken, prepare to get excited. If the previous two films have muted your excitement for the series, prepare to see...more of the same.

The new 'Hobbit 3' banner is basically a "Top 10"-y list of things to look forward to in the film. Taking the same storyboard format as previous key art for the earlier installments, this latest poster chronicles some of the epic moments to come, including a fiery showdown with the dragon Smaug and one blood-spattered battle.

Armitage -- who kinda, sorta practices method acting; depending on your definition of method acting -- has the final chapter of 'The Hobbit' trilogy coming out this December, 'The Battle of Five Armies.' Here, Armitage, who plays the dwarf Thorin Oakenshield, reflects on what he thinks the legacy of this trilogy will be in comparison to 'The Lord of the Rings.' Armitage also dares us to find him somewhere in 'Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace' -- a movie that he is in -- and gives us some clues on how to do so, but even he's not exactly sure if he's seen himself.
