TV viewers are no stranger to bleeped swear words in their favorite shows, but there’s always a double-take when F-bombs slip past the censors. It may now be intentional, as USA and Syfy are relaxing language standards on mature series – the sign of a coming trend.

Syfy wasn’t about to pass up “From the creator of Game of Thrones,” so an adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s Nightflyers is officially off the ground. The network has given a series order to the space odyssey, which may also find a surprising partner in Netflix.

Syfy hasn’t given up too many details of its proposed Purge TV series just yet, but with a fourth film gearing up in Staten Island, director James DeMonaco is opening up. Meet the cast of our new Purge TV series, and find out when in the series’ timeline the anthology takes place.

Ah, Deep Blue Sea. On the one hand, it’s a cheesy movie about killer sharks with a cast of actors  —  Thomas Jane, Saffron Burrows, LL Cool J  —  who, although talented, aren’t exactly setting the industry on fire right now.
