Toy Story 4

After years of development ‘Toy Story 4’ is due in theaters in June of 2019. ‘Toy Story’ and ‘Toy Story 2’ director John Lasseter worked on the project for a while, but left the film in the summer of 2017. At one point, actress and filmmaker Rashida Jones was working on the screenplay; she later left over “philosophical differences” with Pixar, and because she felt women and people of color did not have “an equal creative voice” at Pixar. No plot details are known at this point, but Woody, Buzz, and the rest of Andy’s toys are expected to appear.

The last time we saw Woody and Buzz in their own movie they were in the warm and loving care of Bonnie.
