Okay: that headline is unfair. The first 'Last Vegas' trailer isn't 'The Hangover' with old people...it's 'The Hangover' with four actors who were, once upon a time, some of the absolute best in the business. There was a time when when Robert De Niro, Michael Douglas, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline headlining a movie would have been a major event. But what about now? The 'Last Vegas' trailer certainly thinks this is a big deal, but is it?

If not for the cast, it's a premise we'd be rolling our eyes at. An older gentleman (Douglas) is getting married, so he rounds up his three best friends (De Niro, Freeman and Kline) for one last wild time in Las Vegas. Shenanigans ensue. Old people act like young people. We realize that older folks are still capable of learning life lessons. Et cetera.

Familiar plot aside, the trailer has its fair share of amusing moments. How you could you not giggle just a little bit at the typically dignified Morgan Freeman getting drunk enough to slur his words and dance like a fool? However, it's going to make more than a few "Look at these Oscar winners acting silly!" jokes to make this a movie worth watching. Hopefully, there's some heart lurking in this one.

'Last Vegas' is directed by Jon Turteltaub will arrive in theaters on November 1.
