With the recent unveiling of of Steven Spielberg's 'Lincoln' trailer, it points out that we are only a couple weeks away from the film's release on November 9. So it seems that the advertising and awareness is about to go into full gear for a project that didn't show much until now. After the trailer, we're now seeing some stills from the film.

And we also have a better look at some of the film's leads. Daniel Day-Lewis is joined by Sally Field, Tommy Lee Jones and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the film, and these pictures highlight the look, feel and cast.

Here is Day-Lewis's Lincoln in the rain, looking pretty presidential:

And here's a look at Tommy Lee Jones, who's playing Lincoln's Republican ally Thaddeus Stevens

Next up is Lincoln meeting with his cabinet, and you can tell that Spielberg is still working with cinematographer Janusz Kaminski:

Then there's Sally Field's Mary Todd Lincoln, who appears to be somewhat frumpier than Mary Elizabeth Winstead's take on the character in 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.'

Presidents need to travel, and this is a gorgeous shot of Daniel Day-Lewis on a horse:

And here's Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Robert Todd Lincoln:

With the trailer and these stills, 'Lincoln' joins our list as one of most anticipated films of this Oscar season.
