It's finally happened! A new trailer has popped up for Super Smash Bros., for both the 3DS and the Wii U! We'll finally be able to brawl on-the-go and play with new characters.

The announcement came at the tail end of the E3 2013 Nintendo Direct presentation. Watch the trailer above to see some of your favorite Nintendo characters in action. The first surprise is that the player's character from Animal Crossing will be present. Whether or not you'll be able to customize this character's appearance remains to be seen, but it would only make too much sense.

We're shown footage from the 3DS version of the game, which will feature a more cel-shaded style than its Wii U counterpart. We're treated to new locales, such as a Nintendogs stage and one set on the rails from The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.

The biggest surprise, however, comes in the form of a new character announcement. At long last, the Blue Bomber will make his way onto the Smash Bros. stage. That's right, folks. Mega Man will be a combatant in the next Smash Bros. game!

These titles don't have any set release dates, but they'll be coming to us some time next year.

Let us know what you think of this tasty new fighting game and whether or not you'll get both versions!
